3D Audio Generator

Transform your audio to create immersive spatial sound effects using HRTF. Apply 3D movement, adjust parameters, and export MP3/WAV. All processing is local for your privacy.

What is an Online 3D Audio Generator?

3D Audio (also known as Spatial Audio) is a technology that utilizes algorithms to simulate the spatial positioning, distance, and motion trajectory of sound within a three-dimensional space. Its core principle is the HRTF (Head-Related Transfer Function), which deceives the brain into perceiving the stereoscopic direction of sound by simulating the spectral differences and time delays in how sound waves reach each ear. This technology is widely applied in film/TV production, game development, virtual reality (VR), and other fields, significantly enhancing immersion.

An online 3D audio generator is a browser-based tool that allows users to create high-quality spatial audio effects without installing software or requiring expertise in acoustics. By simply uploading a local audio file and dynamically adjusting the spatial position of the sound source via preset motion models, users can generate results. Audio processing occurs entirely locally, eliminating file uploads to servers and effectively protecting user privacy and audio copyright.

    Key Features & Advantages

    • Diverse Spatial Motion Modes: Features 8 built-in sound source motion trajectories (e.g., Circular, Figure-8, Bouncing), enabling simulation of complex sound movements through parameter adjustments.
    • Granular Parameter Control: Supports adjustment of motion speed (0.1–5x) and motion radius (0.1–5 meters) to suit diverse scenario requirements.
    • Real-time Preview & Export: Compare original vs. processed audio segments post-generation. Supports export to MP3 or WAV formats. Headphones are recommended for optimal spatial perception.

    User Guide

    1. Upload Audio File

    • Click the “Select File” button or drag-and-drop a local audio file (supports MP3/WAV/AAC formats).

    2. Configure Processing Parameters

    • Select Motion Type: Choose from various modes based on requirements (see chart descriptions).
    • Adjust Motion Parameters:
      • Speed Slider: Controls the velocity of the sound source movement (low speed suitable for ambient sounds, high speed for dynamic scenes).
      • Radius Slider: Defines the spatial range of the sound source motion (small radius creates proximity to the ear, large radius generates a wider soundstage). Note: Sound volume decreases as the radius increases.

    3. Generate Effect

    • Click the “Process” button. The tool automatically applies spatial algorithms, generating the 3D audio effect in real time.

    4. Preview & Download

    • Segment Preview: Click any point on the waveform to compare original vs. processed effects.
    • Export File: Select output format (MP3 for smaller size, WAV for lossless quality). Click “Download” to save locally.

    Motion Types

All motion models dynamically calculate the 3D coordinates (X/Y/Z axes) of the sound source through mathematical functions, achieving various spatial trajectory effects:

Motion TypeDynamic Effect DescriptionTypical Use Cases
CircularSound source moves at a constant speed along a horizontal circular path.Ambient surround sounds (e.g., birds, drones)
Figure-8 PatternSound source moves horizontally along an infinity symbol (∞) trajectory, creating a crossing surround sensation.Sci-fi particles or energy beams
Spiral UpwardSound source spirals horizontally while continuously ascending and expanding in radius.Rocket launch, magic effects
PendulumSound source swings along an arc, with periodic height variations, simulating a physical swinging motion.Pendulum clock, swing sounds
Elliptical OrbitalSound source moves along an elliptical trajectory in the horizontal plane (long axis left/right, short axis front/back).Orbiting planets, rotating machinery
HelixSound source moves in a vertical circular path while also displacing linearly from back to front, forming a spatial helix that traverses the listener.Bullet trajectory, footsteps on spiral stairs
Lissajous CurveSound source moves horizontally along complex curves (frequency ratio 1:1.5), creating potentially closed-loop trajectories.Chaotic electronic sounds, dream-like atmospheres
BouncingSound source bounces up and down periodically with left/right motion.Basketball bounce, bouncy ball sounds
