RTCD.io is a strict “Local-First” platform. We do not operate any backend media processing servers. All computing tasks, including multimedia decoding, encoding, transforming, and rendering, are executed 100% locally within your browser’s runtime environment (via WebAssembly and Web Workers). Your files never leave your device, and we have zero access to your media content.

Technical Infrastructure

To maintain website availability, we use third-party infrastructure that only processes standard network traffic metadata (such as IP addresses and web page access logs), completely separate from your media data:

• CDN Services: Used solely to cache static website assets (Images, JS, CSS, Wasm binaries, Model binaries, etc.) to optimize loading speed.
• Web Hosting (VPS): Used strictly to serve the static frontend HTML/JS files of the Site.
• Analytics (Google Analytics): Used anonymously to observe general traffic trends and user interaction patterns.

These providers have absolutely no technical pathway or right to access, transmit, or store any User Content processed by our browser-based tools.
