For the purpose of this license, “tool-specific derivative works” are defined as works that are created solely during the process of providing the tool-based service you’ve requested. These works are generated using only the input User Content and the functions of our tools and are intended to be part of the final result delivered to you. They are temporary and specific to the processing operations and are not used for any other purpose.

We use industry-standard encryption methods, including but not limited to AES-256, to protect your User Content during transmission and storage while it is being processed. Once the tool-based processing is complete and the results are delivered to you, we will not retain your original User Content, except as required by law. We do not use your User Content to create derivative works outside the scope defined above, distribute it, or display it in any other context, nor will we share it with third-parties for any reason, except as necessary to fulfill the tool-based service you’ve requested or as compelled by law.

This license terminates immediately upon the completion of the tool-based service, unless otherwise required by law. You may revoke this license at any time by deleting your User Content from the Site, provided that such revocation does not affect any processing already completed.

User Responsibilities

You represent and warrant that:

You have all necessary rights and permissions to submit the User Content to the Site.
The User Content does not infringe any intellectual property rights of any third party, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, or patent.
The User Content does not contain any material that is defamatory, obscene, illegal, or otherwise harmful.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to your User Content or your violation of any third-party rights.
